Mindz provides workplace psychological services to mitigate risk and manage harm

Mindz works with clients to manage and mitigate a range of psychological threats including workplace trauma, PTSD and online harms. We provide consultancy on how psychological impact can be managed through organisational strategies (mental health, health and safety, occupational health), policies and practise.

We deploy a range of psychological methods to assess and understand the risks that are intrinsic to your business and which are impacting your workforce. We strive to empower businesses, employers and employees with our holistic and bespoke wellbeing road map, along with psychological risk management plans to reduce psychological injury and promote rehabilitation.

Why is this important?

As part of the 1974 Health and Safety at Work Act, businesses and employers are expected to protect their employees from exposure to all workplace hazards, including psychological injuries. Traditional occupational health support focuses primarily on physical injuries whilst neglecting psychological risks. This may leave employers exposed to psychological risks that impacts their workforce…
